Introducing young children into the world of knowledge, letters, and the process of learning
It is believed that three generations of ancestors reside in a realm called Pitriloka after their death. During Pitru Paksha, a 16-day period observed annually, Yama (the god of death) grants them permission to visit their relatives and family members to receive offerings of food, water, and gifts.
Special poojas include significant festivals such as Ganesh Chaturthi, Kanda Sashti, Thaipoosam, Maha Shivratri, and others. These poojas are performed to honor and seek blessings from deities like Lord Ganesha, Lord Murugan, and Lord Shiva during their respective auspicious occasions.
